Mailing envelopes
Our mailing envelopes, also referred to as courier or mailing bags, are the ideal packaging solution for shipping web orders or postal packages. Thanks to their handy features such as a self-adhesive seal strip, tear strip perforation for opening and return strip, these bags contribute to effective processing and improving your logistics process.
One of the main benefits of our mailing envelopes is that they are water-resistant and protect the contents against the elements. In addition, our envelopes ensure that your products arrive safely at their destination because they are made from an opaque material so nobody can see the contents. This reduces the risk of theft. On the other hand, they have a permanent adhesive seal strip that deforms or damages the film when opened. This prevents opening by an unauthorized person.
Applications
Mailing envelopes are mainly used by online stores and mailing companies to ship non-fragile products such as clothes, textile, shoes and accessories. They are also used as outer packaging for a variety of boxes. And last but not least, they are ideal for sending documents, magazines, periodicals, brochures and leaflets. The envelopes are made from a flexible material so they can be used for many kinds of products and various packet sizes.
Printed mailing envelopes
Make your packages more eye-catching with personalised mailing envelopes. Printing your mailing envelopes with an attractive design enhances your company's image and increases product appeal. Our envelopes can be printed with a personalised design in one or more Pantone colours or with a striking print in full colour.
Our mailing envelopes have a flap with a permanent adhesive seal strip. This means you do not have to use any tape so your products can be packed easily and faster.
Envelopes can also be offered with extra features. For example, you can have a second adhesive seal strip so the envelope can be used as return packaging. In this case, the envelope usually has a tear strip perforation so the end user can open the packaging easily and correctly. Optionally, the envelopes can also be offered with a punched-out handle or hang holes.

Our mailing envelopes are made in polyethylene, a flexible plastic. They are usually made in COEX film. The advantage of this material is that the packaged products cannot be seen. Our envelopes are also available in transparent material which is ideal for magazines and mailings. In addition, you can choose for envelopes in AlpaGreen, a material that contains recycled as well as biobased polyethylene.
