Clause 1. Subject matter of the agreement

The present user agreement contains the totality of the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the information and services offered on the site. The user (whether member, visitor or advertiser) of the site and of the services offered by the site, shall be deemed to have consented to the provisions of the present user agreement. ALPAGRO Packaging reserves the right to modify this user agreement at any time. The amended user agreement shall be published on the site and shall automatically take effect thirty days after the initial publication.

Clause 2. Liability

ALPAGRO Packaging cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or shortcomings in the information appearing on the site. This shall not only apply to information placed on the site by ALPAGRO Packaging itself, but also to information from users (members, visitors and advertisers). Incorrect data or shortcomings on the site shall not confer any right to financial compensation. ALPAGRO Packaging shall not be liable to users or third parties for any direct, indirect, incidental damage, loss of profits or for any damage caused by its negligence or omission in providing, compiling, assembling, writing and interpreting information. ALPAGRO Packaging expressly offers the website on "as is" basis. The most advanced techniques and technologies were used for its technical realisation. However, ALPAGRO Packaging cannot be held liable for the (temporary) failure or possible malfunctioning of the system. ALPAGRO Packaging shall not be responsible for links to sites under the management of third parties. ALPAGRO Packaging has no control over the aforementioned websites and accepts no liability whatsoever concerning the content thereof. The inclusion of links to these websites shall not imply the approval of ALPAGRO Packaging of the elements contained therein and shall not necessarily imply cooperation between ALPAGRO Packaging and the owners of these sites. The information on the site shall be updated periodically. ALPAGRO Packaging reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the site at any time.

Clause 3. Intellectual property and copyright

The user expressly acknowledges that the data provided on the site (texts, graphic elements, etc.) are and shall remain the property of ALPAGRO Packaging. No part of the site may be used for copying, adaptation, distribution, sale, publication or commercial purposes, without the prior written consent of ALPAGRO Packaging. It is also prohibited to store this information electronically or to use it for illegal purposes. No part of the information from the site may be stored in a database, except for the automatic 'caching' of the information by a browser.

Clause 4. Privacy regulation and protection of privacy

ALPAGRO Packaging collects personal information, required in order to ensure the optimal functioning of the site. Such information can be used by ALPAGRO Packaging for promotions or messages of a commercial nature. However, ALPAGRO Packaging undertakes never to disclose such information to third parties without the explicit consent of the party concerned. ALPAGRO Packaging also collects information in log files. This information is used for internal purposes, such as traffic and profile analysis, in order to further improve the services offered by the site. ALPAGRO Packaging uses 'cookies' (small pieces of information stored on the user's hard disk) to facilitate the use of the website. Changes to the ALPAGRO Packaging user agreement may be made at any time but shall be communicated to the users via the website. In accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy, all data entered by the user on the site shall be notified to the user upon request and, if the user so wishes, the same may be rectified free of charge within a reasonable period of time. The user may view personal data free of charge at any time, on simple request. The visitor may always object to the use of his data for direct marketing purposes. Clause 5. Proof and applicable law

The present General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Belgium. The parties accept that the electronic communication between them shall have the force of law as written evidence. The courts of Hasselt shall have sole competence to take cognisance of any disputes or differences of opinion.
